We are currently experiencing issues with the IMAP and POP3 connectors which is causing sporadic eMail synchronization. We're actively working to resolve this issue and will post an update as more details become available.

A fix is currently being tested for the IMAP sporadic sync issue. Your IMAP accounts should now be synchronized continuously. 
 
We're currently implementing a similar fix for the POP3 connector as well.

We have implemented fixes for both IMAP and POP3 connectors. These fixes will be tested over the next few days.

Currently eMails are being synchronized normally, we'll post another update next week on the status of this issue.
